OUR FIRST CHRISTMAS TOGETHER!

This was Jessi’s first time ever celebrating Christmas on Christmas Day morning. Her family kept the German family tradition of celebrating Christmas on Christmas Eve night.

Toby was quite tuckered out after all the excitement.

We had a Honey Baked ham, my “famous” sweet potatoes, asparagus, and rolls for Christmas dinner.

Christmas Lights & Doggie Jammies

Melissa LOVES Christmas lights! We drove around her town and nearby towns to check out all the displays. I can’t wait to show her the Wildlights at the zoo!

Christmas Decorating

Melissa and I are both Christmas junkies! So you can imagine how excited we both were to finally be able to decorate. Christmas is the only thing that makes winter bearable for us.

Melissa’s mum used to hang this wreath when she was younger. She loved the Grinch.

This tree has been in Melissa’s family since the 1960’s!

A coworker of mine secretly gave me this ornament after our work Christmas party.
